Accommodation | Located by the Mediterranean Sea between Marseille and Nice, Hyères is the southernmost city of Provence. It is also the Var capital of the cut flower which offers a diversity of remarkable landscapes: beaches, islands and peninsula, salt marshes, wooded hills…

It is in this setting and in the heart of an old horticultural property of 8500 m² located at the end of a dead-end unpaved road, that the Gîte du Pagoulin welcomes you on the ground floor of a 19th century family house, entirely renovated in 2015.

The old greenhouses have now given way to fields, a garden with trees, a swing, a small family henhouse, and since May 2018 to an enclosure where we have welcomed 2 donkeys.
We have a total sleeping capacity of 6/7 people, distributed over 2 cottages (or 3 guest rooms, see our 2nd dedicated ad). Both are bright, carefully decorated and comfortably furnished, and each has its own private terrace with an electric barbecue, outdoor table and garden chairs.
The T3 type gîte - 57 m2, which can accommodate 4 people, is classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation. It is composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/WC (one with a bath and the other with a shower) and a living room kitchen fully equipped.
There is no air-conditioning as the interior is cool even in the hottest summer months, thanks to the thick stone walls.
The gîte type T1bis - 40 m2 can accommodate 2/3 people. It is composed of a room (modular double or triple depending on the request), a living-kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
It is air conditioned as it is located in a more recent part of the house, whose walls are not made of period stones.
All the premises are non-smoking. Wi-Fi access is free.
All our property will be accessible to you, your children will remain under your supervision. Throughout your stay, they can enjoy the swing near the small family chicken coop.
To ensure peace and quiet for all, pets are not allowed.
During your stay, we can rent you adult VTC for €5/day/person (helmet, repair kit and anti-theft included).
The Gîte du Pagoulin is a warm setting, ideal for families with children or people looking for a quiet holiday in the countryside, close to all amenities, beaches and the historic city centre.
